How long do you take to reply a ticket? / Which are your business hours?

According to our statistics:

We respond to 74% of tickets within an hour.  Due to our working hours that are:

Mexico Time 

Monday-Friday 10 AM - 5 PM [Sales Support and non-critical technical support]

Saturday-Sunday  12AM - 3PM [Sales Support and non-critical technical support]

If your ticket is seen as critical by any of our staff, we will respond to it as soon as possible. Critical response varies from 1minute to 2 hours on average.
