Sometimes, we block or limit the speed of your vm IF:
- We have detected any illegal activities like DDoS/ Spam/ Phishing. Please open a ticket to explain the situation, as we understand that sometimes this is due to errors in our automatic filters.
- Make sure you do not have an Internal IP. We have seen that having internal ip's sometimes has an effect on the speed and reliability of the search, as the internal network get's used over the external network.
For this, just open a ticket.
