I have no network access.

Sometimes network access is not available if the wrong NIC (Network interface card is chosen)

You have complete liberty to change the network card in your control panel. Sometimes, the NIC "Virtio" get's deployed on your virtual machine.

Options:

  1. Open a ticket with a support representative
  2. Go to your solusvm panel at https://vpanel.hosterlabs.net , click on your VM and you will see the option of "Nic Card", please select Intel Pro 100/1000 and reboot your server.

Sometimes this is not the end of it, so if the issue persists, click on "reconfigure" on your panel, as this will reconfigure the entire networking.
